Plugins Issue Fix

Probably already solved or maybe in the wrong place, but I was able to figure out why my plugin menus weren't showing up when using IGF. All the suggestions for auto-loading plugins were totally spot on, but the location of where the fix went eluded me. Here is what ended up working:

// In my game's Application class:

SunBurn.AddManager( ... );

CreateRenderer( Renderers.Deferred );
SunBurn.CreateDefaultManagers( RenderingSystemType.Deferred, true );

Hope that helps anyone who might have been having this issue! I also hope that I did that right...

I need to look more closely on this one since when you call SunBurn.CreateDefaultManagers(...), you actually override any Manager assignment you made previously.

I'll get back to you with the right answer as soon as I have a couple of minutes.
