possibility of adding custom network code to post scores and stats to own custom server

I was wondering is it possible to write network code that enables the posting of scores and stats to own custom server?  I need to post scores and stats and some achievement information to a custom server for my xna game on xbox but its not possible to do this even through tunneling on xbox live is it?

No it isn't possible because the Xbox live is a closed network system: you basically can't do anything outside sending data over the network to another of your game sessions.

There is a trick which consist of synchronizing a local leaderboard on all game sessions but it requires on Xbox console playing your game to be always on. I can't remember the name and link but googling for "Xna Highscore component" should bring you there ;)
