Mercury Particle Engine

I'm encountering some very strange issues using the Mercury Particle Engine which i'm wondering if anyone else has experienced. 

I get completely different behaviour for the particles between XBOX and PC and between the editor and game.

On the XBOX the spherical billboarding doesn't seem to work, but otherwise the particle system appears the same as it does in the editor, On the PC the particle velocity seems to be massively reduced.

EDIT - The issue with billboarding actually turned out to be down to a problem with Type.IsAssignableFrom which appears to be broken for Enum types on the XBOX.

EDIT2 - Scratch that it was actually down to me being a tool - sigh
