Error Using Bloom and other PostProcessors

When I attempt to use the BloomPostProcessor, I get the following error inside the BloomPostProcessor constructor:

Error loading "GaussianBlur". This is not a compiled content file.

My properties for the GaussianBlur.fx files are the same as in the Ace of Spades sample, so I'm not sure what's going on.

I have a suspcision that the Resource Designer in Indiefreaks.Game.PostProcess project is the culprit; it was the only thing that did not compile properly when I downloaded the source code. It couldn't locate the various .Fx files, so I removed them from the Resource Designer, and dragged and dropped the files from Content Projects/PostProcess Content/PostProcess into it. This created a new Resources folder in the PostProcessor project, which seemed odd. Would this be the cause of this, and if so, what am I doing wrong in the Resource Designer -- am I pointing to the wrong .fx assets?
