it is missing the player input handling - most needed on the next part (04)

I tried with sunburn-pro v2.0.18.7 and igf v0.9.2.0-win-binaries and Visual Studio shows error when initializing LocalSessionManager and GuiManager (same as raidenlolt)

I know about this and it is due to the fact I added some improvements to the Networking library. Please, open a thread in the discussion tab and I'll explain how to solve it ;)
